Multi-branch hospital managementOpen a new branch, not a new silo
Healthcare groups run every branch on one Digitrust HMS: one patient record, shared price lists and drug catalogues, and reporting that compares branches side by side.
Central control, local operations
Each branch runs its own day, its own queue, wards and stores, while the group sees one patient record and one set of catalogues. Staff see the branch they work in; management sees them all.
- One patient record across every branch
- Shared drug catalogue and price lists, set centrally
- Roles and permissions scoped to each branch
- Group dashboards comparing branch performance

Built for groups from day one
Central catalogues
Drugs and prices maintained once for the group, with stock held per branch.
Branch-scoped access
Staff work in the branch they belong to, with permissions set per role.
Group numbering
Patient and invoice numbers stay unique across the whole group.
Add branches as you grow
A new branch is configured in the same system, not set up from scratch.
Every step feeds the record, the bill and, where NHIS applies, the claim.
Frequently asked
Can a patient be seen at any branch?
Yes. The patient record is shared across the group, so history, allergies and results follow the patient to whichever branch they visit.
Can each branch have its own prices?
Catalogues are shared across the group, so a price list is maintained once. Stock is held per branch, so each store knows exactly what it has.
Can branch staff see other branches?
Only if you allow it. Roles and permissions are scoped per branch, while management roles can see and compare every branch.
