Can results go straight to the referring clinician?
Within a facility, verified results appear on the patient’s record for the requesting clinician. For outside referrals, results are issued as printable reports.
Can we design our own result layouts?
Yes. Result templates support parameter sections and facility-specific forms, so a full blood count can follow the same layout as your analyser printout.
Do you support NHIS investigation claims?
Yes. Covered investigations are billed at the NHIS price where approved and priced, and unbundled investigation claims are prepared with the rest of the claim.
