Hospital management system for hospitalsRun every ward, theatre and counter from one record
Digitrust HMS gives district, mission and private hospitals one system from the front desk to the claims office, so every service delivered is documented, billed and, where NHIS applies, claimed against your own level and tariff.
Built for the full weight of a hospital
A hospital is many departments that share one patient. Digitrust HMS keeps them on one record: the doctor in OPD, the nurse on the ward, the theatre team, the laboratory and the pharmacy all work from the same chart, and every order lands on the same bill.
- Admissions always assign a bed, so the bed board is never out of date
- Ward, theatre, lab and pharmacy charges consolidated on one invoice
- NHIS, corporate and private patients billed at the right price automatically
- Executive dashboards for medical directors and administrators

Every department a hospital runs
OPD and triage
Registration, live queue, SATS/TEWS triage and consultations with ICD-10 and ICD-11 coding.
Admissions, wards and beds
Bed board, ward management, inpatient care notes, stay limits and overstay planning.
Theatre and surgery
Theatre scheduling and documented surgical consent, billed to the admission.
Maternity and child health
Antenatal care with partograph, postnatal care, child welfare growth monitoring and vaccination.
Blood bank and transfusion
Blood bank records and transfusion charts on the inpatient record.
Laboratory, radiology and pharmacy
Orders from the chart, results back to the clinician, and dispensing from a batch-controlled store.
Every step feeds the record, the bill and, where NHIS applies, the claim.
Frequently asked
Can Digitrust HMS handle NHIS detention and admissions?
Yes. Admissions run through one path that always assigns a bed, ward charges flow into billing, and NHIS detention is split from private days according to what the scheme covers, so the claim and the private bill each carry only their own days.
Do we have to switch every department on at once?
No. Modules are switched on per facility, and a hospital is usually phased by department so care never stops. Optional features such as inpatient deposits and meal charges are turned on only if you use them.
Can we keep our old folder numbers?
Yes. Patient numbers can follow a yearly folder style, and previous folder numbers are kept on the record and matched during migration, so staff can still find a patient by the number on the card.
